Communications

Communication is initiated via your initial enquiry on our webpage. You will provide your Full Name, Email and Phone number. You can state in the body of the message your communication preference, e.g phone or email.

Data collection/Customer information

We do not collect, nor do we share any customer data. We have an enquiries section on the website which once submitted informs us of your request and at which point we would contact you via your preferred contact method.

Once we have replied to your quotation for works requested we delete your initial email which contained your name and contact information.

Customer Login

We do not provide a customer login portal as it not required. Therefore, there is no opt-in or opt-out service provided.

Marketing

We do not take part in and are not signed up to any digital marketing firms. What does this mean to you? This means that you will not and should never receive a direct/blanket marketing email, messages and or calls from us. The only reason we will contact you is if you have made the initial enquiry.
